You will receive a free shipping label to return the product to our store.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Apluf.

**Refunds**

Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within up to 5 business days.

- **Refund Method:**
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

**Exchanges**

- **Exchange Process:**
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate your exchange request when initiating the return process.

If the product desired for the exchange has a different value, we will adjust the charge or refund accordingly.

- During peak seasons, such as November and December, the return period may be extended by an additional 30 days.
